German language
- German belongs to a group of Germanic languages, which is one branch of the Indo-European languages.
- The German language is spoken by 190 million people and 90 million of them use German as their second language.
- It is also official language in Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Belgium.
For those of you who have met German only briefly, I will introduce you a few rules:
1) German works with definite article (der, die, das) - (article for masculinum, femine and neuter).
2) All nouns start with capital letters.
3) German uses four falls.
