From the main train station you can take tram number 2 and comfortably get to a cosy cafe at the corner of Václavská and Křídlovická street. An ideal place for students from Mendel’s gymnasium, because it is placed right next to their school. The first thing that catches your eyes is a huge chandelier that is all made of origami. On tables you can find papers and instructions how to make an origami. The interior harmonises in pink and is instagram-friendly. The space is clean, small and lovely. It is suitable mostly for couples. In the background a silent music plays. I have to reproach common toilets and an absence of a mirror. As to the service, waiters were very friendly, responsive and smiling. You have to make your order at the cash desk and you will not get water for free. A big lure are local desserts that look deluxe. But they usually cost about 90 crowns. If you prefer salted food, I will disappoint you. There is only a salted cake with sheep cheese, but it depends on a daily menu. Coffee, Colombia Huila, costs 45 to 65 crowns. I would recommend this cafe mostly to women who prefer esthetical appearance. A room for working cannot be found here.
